Should you wish to return any items, you must include the original packing slip and indicate the reason for the return. This must be done within 30 days of the date the order was shipped. Return items must be shipped via insured carriers. Note: ALL Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

All returns must be authorized before being sent back to WaterbedCreations.com. If you elect to return an item, please call 1-800-374-5881. You will then receive a RAN number and instructions on how to send back your merchandise. (All merchandise without a RAN number will be refused.)

(Special orders such as Padded Rails and Satin Sheets are not returnable.) (Any opened package linen sets or mattress covers are non-returnable for sanitary reasons.) All Waterbed Mattresses must NOT have been filled with water and in its original condition in order to qualify for a refund. All merchandise must be in its original state and packaging in order to be returnable.

All merchandise is inspected and carefully packed before shipment. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the merchandise they receive was not damaged in shipment. If the merchandise you receive is damaged you should notify the carrier at the time of receipt. The carrier is responsible for damages while in shipment and should provide you with the proper insurance claims forms. There are no refunds for anything shipped outside the Continental USA.
